Kirsten has over 30 years’ experience in logistics management and supply chain consultancy, having held senior roles at Marks & Spencer, TNT and NFC (now DHL) before founding Aricia in 2001. A Chartered Fellow of CILT, she is an active member of its Retail Logistics Forum steering group and brings extensive industry expertise to the judging panel.

Tan Parsons is a journalist with 20 years’ experience and has been editor of Cold Chain News magazine since January 2023. He was previously managing editor at the Country Land & Business Association and before that edited Better Wholesaling magazine. He is especially interested in sustainability, people and food.
